What I Built
Delivered a Flutter driver app with background GPS tracking and a Next.js admin dashboard showing live vehicle positions on Google Maps. Built role-based access, trip history, and automated daily reports via Firebase Cloud Functions.
The Result
Delivered in 8 weeks — half the time quoted by other vendors. Dispatchers reduced check-in calls by 80%. The company expanded the system to 3 regional offices and hired me for ongoing maintenance.
