The Problem

What I Built
Built a React Native patient app with doctor search, real-time availability, and in-app booking. Created a Laravel admin panel for clinic staff to manage schedules, view analytics, and send automated SMS reminders. Integrated a video consultation feature using WebRTC.
The Result
No-show rate dropped from 25% to 8% within two months. Online bookings grew to 60% of total appointments. The client rated the project 5 stars and provided a detailed testimonial on Fiverr.
